Are the Case Tony Bose collaboration Tribal Spears and Lannys Clips the only production or midtech examples of the LC and Zulu patterns out there? I've been thinking about just focusing on those two patterns, and custom looks like the only way to go. I have a really nice slipjoint collection, about 20 or so really well made knives from a multitude of companies, but I only carry the LC and Tribal Spear with my peanuts these days.

I'm pretty sure, otherwise you would've heard of others here. Those two are Tony Bose patterns and AFAIK Case is the only company with permission to make them.

I've not come across any others either.
Tony Bose has graciously provided these patterns to many of the fine knife makers that post here. I think that's the best place to go.
