IIRC $225 is the Bushfinger w/sheath. Anyone know what the runt will be?

If i may be frank... $225 for a production model seems a little steep. Even with a sheath. I'd rather spend the additional $75 for a full custom BF...


or is that the point.....

Doesn't seem that steep to me when other production knives of a similar size in the same steel can go as high as $425.

I happen to like CPM S35VN a lot for my adventures in high humidity and salt water environments, so I'm just really happy Andy found a route to a Fiddleback in this steel he is good with

In that aspect, true. I was merely comparing the price of production vs custom. Just my opinion, but at that price point, I would prefer full custom for a tad more.

Economically speaking, the fear sets in that the price for customs could jump as well.

IMO $225 is a reasonable price for a Mid-tech knife with sheath. Look at Bark river knives in the same size range with basic handles and they will normally be a little more.

Am willing to bet that some dealers will list their stock at a slightly lower price.
