Production Tactical Persian Folder Price and Availability?

I would appreciate knowledeable Emerson collectors advising me on the estimated price and availability of the production Emerson Tactical Persian. A search revealed an estimate from last spring of "before Christmas". I would like to get a preorder in somewhere (if that is still possible) but, unfortunately, I am still at the point where I first have to ask the price of things .
