Anyone who is seriously considering marketing their knives needs to also consider having the knives photographed by a professional. We are lucky to have several of the top photographers frequent our forum here. Jim Cooper, Chuck ward and Buddy Thomason all do amazing work. There are others, but I have had personal experience with these three and they are "as good as it gets". Not only do the photos help you sell the knives, they also make a nice addition to the package when you deliver to your customer, and most of the time you can fold the photo cost into the final price of the knife.

I'm embarrassed to say these knives took me by pleasant surprise. I am familiar with Mikes name, but wasn't with his work. Unwrapping these from his quality pouches and shipping box made me smile in approval.

The steel is exceptional as is Mikes fitment. I had to show how well the handle(s) were shaped.

Mike has a couple more he needs to post. This is only the first course.... ;)

Coop brings the knives alive for the viewer; an essential element of 'professional' in my view. If the image doesn't engage the viewer an opportunity is missed. Those are very nice knives, professionally photographed. :thumbup:
 
Nice grinds, Mike, interesting Damascus, and nice shaping on the handles.

The way you've made the stag flow out of that really well done guard is great.

Having Coop do the photos is icing. You done good.

I'm digging the combos, damascus with stag or blackwood is always a winner IMHO :)

I really love your knives, Mike. Just out of curiosity, how much would a large bowie with a heavily curved stag handle and carbon steel with a hamon cost?

The Bowie is beautiful.....but the smaller Hunter/Utility fantastic..the swedge to the guard and the handle contour are wonderful
