Professional sharpening service question

hey guys - I’m still pretty new to knives. Who are the “go to” professional sharpening services? I don’t have time to really learn a KME right now. I do 90% of my blades up to UF on the sharp maker, but I want to try out a 17 degree mirror polished edge.

Where should I look? What should I expect to pay for that level of sharpening? It will likely be on my Mule, either 20CV or LC200N.

What to expect? Depends on what you want - I've never asked for more than basic sharpening after an etch & stonewash or correcting uneven factory sharpening bevels that I was struggling with; but he'll go to whatever extreme you want, including regrinds.
