Professional Soldier Tek-lok compatible?

I'm looking for a new fixed blade and really like the Professional Soldier. The CRK website lists the sheath as being Blade-tech, so I can only imagine that it would be tek-lok compatible (mini tek-lok actually), but can anyone confirm this? If anyone has a picture with one installed that would be awesome! Thanks!

They are made to accommodate the large Tek-Lok. I have also included the Large/Small Molle-Lok as well as the large and small Tek-Lok. Out of all the attachments shown, only the small Tek-Lok won't fit.

Keep in mind that the small Tek-Lok will only accommodate up to a 1.5" belt where as the large Tek-Lok will work from a 1.25 - 2.25" belt. The large Tek-Lok is also contoured a bit so it tends to fit more comfortably as well. Let me know if you have any more questions!

It looks like the large teklok can be mounted for vertical or horizontal carry, but does the contour favor one or the other? I'm planning on carrying it vertical and I want to make sure this is going to work before I order everything. Thanks for the great info and pic!

The contour of the Tek-Lok does not change because it is stationary on your belt. The sheath is just mounted via different screw holes.

I think I get what mattz357 is getting at. I believe the rubber washers used with the Tek Loc would defeat the knife-print contours of the kydex.

I'll try to take some pictures of if mounted both ways at work tomorrow for you.

As promised here are the pictures. Please keep in mind when you order the Tek-Lok you need to specify that it is for a knife sheath (Most places that sell them won't have the right screw/post combos as they are packaged for holsters). Easy way around it is to just call Blade-Tech directly and tell them you need the Tek-Lok with knife sheath hardware (1/4 post, 1/8 rubber washer, 1/2 screws).

First pic shows the side profile.

I tried to capture the contour of the Tek-Lok.

The pics are awesome. My teklok that I ordered comes with (3) 3/16” posts, (3) ¼” screws and (3) 1/8” spacers. I will have to see how that works out when it gets here and if it doesn't work I might have some parts with my small teklok that will. Is your knife still coated or did you have the gunkote removed? Thanks!

The knife isn't mine, it belongs to my work. There is no gun coat from my understanding. Sorry for the late reply.

Sounds like you work at a pretty cool place! The screws that come with the tek-lok are too short but the extras from the mini I already have might work. I'd Luke to look into getting mine stonewashed but I emailed CRK and they don't do it. Does anyone know who does?

Get a plastic jar, some rocks, a little soap, and some water, and shake away. Probably want to beadblast it first, but that's the easy way to stonewash.

I did read up on how to do stonewashing at home, and I'd love to try it on my stainless countycomm pen, but I don't think I'm capable of fixing the inevitable damage to the edge of a knife blade after doing that. Also, I don't really have any way to sandblast off the gunkote finish that's on there now. Just out of curiosity how long do you usually have to tumble the container filled with rocks and such when you do your own finish at home? Thanks!
