I'm truly a novice at heat treating (my apologizes)- I recently finished building my high temp oven with a Auber PID & 2 Inkbird SSR's. I'm hoping to find someone who understands how to program the controller as I was "raised" in an analog world and not digital and want to make sure the temp's are within the respective requirement for 1080/1084, 1095 etc.
I ran a low temp simulation today (7 Sep) and changed the auto-tune (At) from 3 to 2. Temperature wise it appears to function according to my thermocouple readout (Program Value). The issue is timing: my ramp times to my higher temps started when they should have been in the "soak" time frame. I'm working on a data sheet to reflect my results from my less than optimal performance today...
