Also the work I did on the house is:
Replaced the kitchen counter tops
Did the flooring in the kitchen and also in the bathrooms
Replaced the vanities, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and light fixtures in both bathrooms
Replaced the base molding and shoe molding in both bathrooms
Hung the lights in the kitchen and dining room
Hung the ceiling fans in the living room and first bedroom
Did all the plumbing on the new vanities and kitchen sink as well as reseated the toilets in both bathrooms
Did all the heavy lifting and moving of furniture (mom is still recovering some from her back surgery but does not need anything to help her walk and she can still drive)
Planted the flowers in the front of the house
Assisted with the clean up of the shop, garage, and house inside and out
Helped with the painting
Anything that needed to be installed I installed
And basically helped where I could.
Just so Stacy doesn't think I was just slacking off and not making any knives and such I posted the pics and explained everything I worked on.

Just picking on you Stacy!!! Now that we got the whole house updated from the late 70's it shouldn't take too long to sell. I did take a couple of days off every couple of weeks or when the stress was way too much and went fishing or bowfishing. Next weekend I'm heading down to Carrizo Springs to visit a buddy of mine to do some hunting. Hes one of my field testers for the bowfishing knife. Yall think I worked enough on this house?

It was a nightmare to clean and find places for all the stuff my grandparents collected over the years. We took his tools (what was left after we grabbed a few that we needed) and loaded them up and took them to auction. Took almost 4 hours to sell them all and total came to just over $6k but we made just over $4k after the commission for the auctioneer was taken out. I'm glad we finally got the house finished and on the market.
