Project I opinions, thoughts and experiences???

I'm interested in a Project I, but have no experience as far as handling one or anything and have a few questions.

How is it to carry?
Does it get in the way at 7.5" blade?
I'd like a better picture and description of the stud retention system.
How's the finish? Is it easy to maintain? Dishwasher safe, for ultimate cleaning?
Egde holding vs ease of sharpaning?
Performance in meal prep?

Did I say a few questions? Make that many.
I'm mainly concered about how easy it is to carry, does it ride high or low on the belt?
