Project II sheath

I've just received my Project II today. Waw !!
Only one question, the sheath has a retaining strap, what happened
with the nylon stud ?

I recieved a Project I ten or so months back and it had the retaining strap also. I did not call CRK and ask, but now I am curious.

I got it from BestKnives, for the same price as with Framarknives,
shipping and VAT included.( it was the only way to withdraw money
from my paypal account)
