Project- Marfione stainless Combat Troodon, hand engraved and enameled

Getting started on the next book spot, going under the chisel is this massive custom stainless Combat Troodon from Anthony Marfione. Got the design sketched up, now to get it disassembled and ready to start engraving. Going with a "battle worn" flag design using enamel for color since this is a stainless chassis...I think it's gonna be awesome

Shiny! Wet sanded to 2500 grit, the stars/white stripes/dagger logo will all keep this high polish to match the blade... time to get this unmounted and start work on the bottom of the chassis

Shiny! Time to get the bottom half of the chassis unmounted and start working on the enamel!

That's a result of blasting the surface to prep it for the enamel.
