Project- Prince/Latama "Persevere", hand engraved and selectively anodized

Got the design done, but I think it needs a little something still 🤔 Gonna cut the borders with a rope pattern to match the rope style milling on the grip serrations to really "tie" it all together 😉😂

Alright! These hand engraved and selectively anodized handles are ready for reassembly when the new Damasteel blade arrives from Princeton Wong , this Latama Victoriam "Persevere" is going to be an absolute showstopper on Walt's Latama table in Atlanta for Blade Show in a few months !😁

always love the dark and light color setups to make 3d pop out affect happen. not sure how ya do that shading or however, but I do love it. gorgeous.

It's the multi-directional satin finish (3 directions in this case), it causes a color shift depending on the light angle relative to the scratch pattern...the blue is all one solid color but shifts around in the light to appear multi-color.
