I'm on the wait list for a Blue Line version of the Dark Sucks Alpha. Anyone have any experience with this?

I almost got one, but couldn't drop that much on a flashlight that I almost never use.

I talked to Jason (I believe is his name), really nice guy and seems like he is very dedicated to his craft.

If I were to use a light on a daily basis it would be the blue line with some tritium stuff.

Yeah, it's more money than I'd ever imagine dropping on a light but the output is pretty nice.

Yeah I've seen many reviews and everyone says it's the nicest beam they've ever seen.

One day man.

I compare these lights to Chris Reeve knives.

I have been EDCing an Alpha Blue Label with the MCE neutral for several months and really like it. The beam is much nicer than the surefire it replaced. The runtime is good, I usually switch out batteries at the end of the week. It's nice to not need to source a bunch of 123's. Build quality is excellent, and the nickel plating picks up a nice patina. I have one with the 219 as well, but the MCE is really close in color rendition and gives a good bit more light on high.

Ive had my alpha for about 12 months dont get to use it a whole lot and Im not really that much of a tech nut on flashlights but Ive tried a few and this has by far the best output, nice runtime, excellent natural eam quality. Its more of a flood than a thrower but will light up any room road or path. Ive only dunked mine but apparently its i.sanely watrrproof. Most of al though the austere design and superb build quality I can o.ly compare to my Sebenza. Its kind of pricey if your new to lights but I would ne astounded if you are dissapointed. I would reccomend Prometheus lights to anyone wholl listen.

I've had an Alpha Blue for about 3 weeks now and love it. I've been into custom lights for years now and this has easily become my favorite.
