Promotion knife and visit to TNK!

In celebration of my recent promotion to Vice President, I decided to treat myself to a new knife (besides it has already been three weeks since my last purchase at the CKG show )..by coincidence, i got a message from neil that he received big shipments of Crawford and Nealy knives...Given that Crawford is one of my favourite makers and I have always wanted a Nealy, a road trip to TNK was a no brainer...after all, 550KM is just a stone's throw for a true knife knut

First the Bud Nealys...here's a sampling of the selection...fancy Stingers, X-Cels, Aikuchis, Pesh Kabz, and a PK21

The PK21 (middle knife), or Pesh Kabz 21st century is an updated version of the Pesh Kabz with finger grooves, skull crusher, and aggressive serrations on the thumb ramp and index finger...I like it!

Now on to the Crawfords...Neil got a huge selection of neck knives including drop-points, Legionnaires, and Triumphs

I ended up with a Legionnaire in blue anodized Titanium

Here it is with another self-gift, yet another pair of Oakley M-frames...this time in Night Camo

I'm really liking this knife the more that I play with it...I love the little details like the serrated thumb ramp and back-end for reverse grip...

it's also very cool how the blue anodizing extends right to the edge...and note how the Crawford stamp stands out

thanks...and every trip to TNK is fun!...I went there THREE times over December/January! (not to mention their 5 tables at the CKG show!)
