Proper lock up on a Sizzle?

I got a sizzle from DR himself and the lock has traveled 1/2 way through and stopped with less than a mm between the liner and the ball detent (due to fold over) Is this ok?

This shouldn't present an issue. Make sure the pivot is tight enough to prevent lateral play. Loose pivots will sometimes cause a lock to travel farther than when they are tight.

I tightened it and the lock now opens much slower, little less play though
