Is it 'coo-cree'?
or
'ca-hu-cree'
I've always called them "coo-cree"'s. I only own one, not a real one though I'd love an HI once I get the cash. I have a Kershaw Outcast in D2, my Grandfather passed away (I don't remember him before the alzheimers got him so I never got a heart to heart with him due to him thinking I was Babe Ruth) and had a beautiful one but I knew nothing of knives at all at the time and while I thought it was cool, I forgot to take it while helping clean the house (no I'm not one of those a hole grandchildren, it was me and my step dad who had no blood relation that did all of the work after he passed, my extended family isn't too nice) and once I went back to help my Grandmother move in with my parents, the place had been ransacked by my horrible aunt and uncle who basically stole the deed to her house but that's another story, it was long gone and is probably in a pawn shop somewhere in Philly. On another note, my grandfather was a member of the Lion's Club, a club that supports the blind among other activities, and I thought it may just be a "junk" (though obviously not junk sentimentally) kukri as a ceremonial piece for use with them. Does anyone know if they use knives, specifically kukri's, in their ceremonies?
Thanks BF,
Aaron
