Whose work do you consider to be among the best specifically with regard to proportion between the elements, overall flow, and general design? Pictures or illustrations are welcome, if you'll say specifically what you like about the proportion/design/flow in the picture.

Wolfgang Loerchner

Edit: Just realized I didn’t say why. I didn’t say why, because I genuinely don’t believe I need to. ;)

I agree for No.1 spot and as you said no need to say anything further except look if you have missed seeing any of his work. It's all great stuff!

This thread is worthless without pics :)

Yeah, he is certainly one of the guys who can make a "tactical" folder look like something other than a prop from the latest Transformers movie.
The other BB as well, Bruce Bingenheimer:

mers movie.

IMG_0158.JPG The Rod Chappel Lady Diana is one of my favorite knives. The man most definitely had a sense of flow and proportion in his blades.

Oh yeah, Rod Chappel's work was Native Art, amazing flow, his knives were like abstract interpretations of the natural world. That Lady Diana is like an Inuit Salmon sculpture!
Those other guys mentioned aren't too shabby either. And where the heck does CAS get all that amazing stag??
