Some years ago, settling Australians thought introducing rabbits to their environment would be a good idea, providing a ready source of food in an ideal climate. Too good an idea as it turns out; they, the rabbits, quickly over-ran the country!!!
But it did provide a great opportunity for the cutlery industry!!Bunny JR 1.jpgBunny JR 3.jpgBunny Hops 1.jpg
In chatting them up with GEC over the last few years, Bill has come around with a proposal for us, for a 2022 Bladeforums knife!!
Most of the ones I have seen were 2-blades, with a clip and a pen being the most sought after versions. They also had matte black synthetic handles!!
Here is GEC's offering!!Bunny Knife.jpgA traditional pattern for which I am looking into a new, improved qualification and distribution system!!

I wasn't going to get involved in another BF knife, but It has fallen into my lap!!
Please leave me some simple feedback, and we'll see if this works!!

Last years knife actually worked pretty well, with a small percentage of cheaters and flippers making outsized trouble for us, so I am working on a better system - to be continued!!

I like the pattern and I'm in if it comes about.

And thanks Charlie!

What a beauty I hope this happens

Haven't had a lot of luck with small two blades knives but I'd give this one a chance as I do love GEC's clip blades (not so much the pen). Micarta would be preferred if going synthetic. Mostly excited the forum knife is an option at all. I've purchased one each year since I joined.

Oh heavens yes! That would be very fun, and a pattern I have only ever seen photos of.

I know I have grumped in the past about GEC (because I really have a hard time carrying non-stainless knives), but as pieces of the cutlers art that I collect as symbols of my participation here, I have loved all the knives you have had a hand in Charlie. I am on board, and excited to follow the process. Hopefully folks can remain positive and porchy about this one. Thank you for stepping into the breach once more.

Hopfully I am not stepping into something unpleasant!!😲😂

Right on, I've been wondering if there was going to be a forum knife this year. I've actually never had a chance to buy one. They've always evaded me somehow at the time that they were available each year. I'd love to get in on this. I also really like micarta like blanco112 blanco112 said. Especially polished linen micarta! I'm excited to keep tabs on this!
