I'm sure several of you saw the thread were the thumbstud came off my umnumzaan. I sort of regret that thread because I didn't want to inadvertently discredit CRK. Anyway I've been back for about a month or so sent it back to CRK. Came back 110 percent. The knife looks awesome they addressed every issue I had and got it back in no time. New clip/blade/lanyard/beadblasted. Knife looks awesome. Just a testiment to CRKs amazing customer service. I will be a lifetime customer of CRK (now to aquire a sebenza:D)
 
I remember that thread. The pictures were great and I am just glad no one got hurt when the IED went off. True customer service! Glad they took great care of you (not that I expected anything else)
 
Yeah, I remember that thread as well. I am glad that you are home safe and sound.

That is what makes CRK so great!! They have phenomenal customer service. And the knives rock.
 
Thanks for following up and letting us know that CRK took care of you like we knew they would.
 
i am am glad they took care of you like they seem to take care of everyone here. i am never nervous when i have to send one of my blades to them. i know that they will always take good care of them. :)

i am glad that you guys were not badly injured too. that is some scarry stuff right there.

This was my first time sending a knife back to a knife company this echeolon. I have sent a couple to benchmade and I thought the lifesharp service was good. A guy could get used to service like this.
 
Welcome back, glad to se you are well. CRK has great customer service. They helped me out a few weeks back. They go above and beyond what you would ever imagine a company would do to please their customers :thumbup:
