I ordered a Landi RSK from a dealer and when I received it, there was something that bothered me about it. It probably would not been noticed by 100 other people and probably was not going to affect the performance of the knife. But it bothered me. I e-mailed John with my comments. He said send it back and when he had another one ready, he would swap it out. John did what he said and I want to thank him for that. John may have thought I was a jerk or just picky but he took care of me and am now a happy customer. Thanks again, John.
