PRORATE Membership Request

Howdy good Admin folks!

Please prorate my membership. I believe I have about a half year ($25 value) membership credit due me.

In August 2009 I paid $25 for my Gold membership renewal. I then decided to go Platinum and paid $50 more, with the understanding I'd be prorated as there was no upgrade payment path. (http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=669877)

It does not seem the prorating has happened yet, as I recently got a renewal notice, because my Gold membership was soon to expire. When I look at my membership status it shows my Platinum membership will expire on August 22.

To me, it seems like it should show my (prorated) membership to expire six months later, in February 2011. Please advise.

How can I confirm or monitor my membership status (level and date) so I'll know when to renew? I no longer see it when I click on my Paid Subscriptions in my CP. Also, the only group listed under Group Memberships that I can join is the Bounced Email one. It used to show the one I was subscribed to too.

I my signature is no longer displaying and I do not seem to have the option to add one.
