Prorate membership upgrade

I upgraded my membership today from basic to gold through online payment.

Basic was set to expire 5/12/09. Gold membership to expire 10/7/09. May I please have the gold membership prorated (extended)? My request is based on this thread. -- http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=588340
