Prorated account upgrade

i just upgraded my account today to craftsman. i am requesting that my current gold membership time be added/mixed/prorated with my new upgrade. posting this request per a prior conversation with a staff member. thanks!

Ok by my math since you got your Gold in May and it's October when you got your craftsman, that prorates to 25% of a craftsman membership, so I gave you 4 more months
