Prospective member can't get on here

I'm doing a favor for a guy that reached out to me on a social media platform - says he's tried to get a new member login and hasn't gotten any replies or messages. He's checked his spam filters, etc, and I also sent him the link that's shown in the FAQ if there are issues with not getting response messages.
