Protech customer service is amazing!

So i love my Protech TR-3 swat.. its my go to EDC .. i must have opened about 50 bags of soils with it and somewhere along the line the knife opening mechanism started slowing and then not opening at all

So i went to the website and filled out a warranty form mailed my knife in and
LESS THAN A WEEK LATER i was mailed a BRAND NEW TR-3 swat!!!


you get what you pay for !!! USA made and amazing customer service!!

That’s awesome! Customer Service is so important, and sharing these experiences makes others that much more likely to buy. This story alone will lead to multiple sales for Protech, I would imagine.

I have used their CS for a second-hand Rockeye. They serviced it and made it like new. Dave's people are absolutely first-class in CS as far as I have experienced.

An amazing company - I had a few questions about the first Pro-Tech I picked up several years ago and it was Dave that responded and politely helped me out. They're one of those brands that I could be perfectly content owning exclusively, but this hobby encourages a little promiscuity haha.
