Protech Harkins?

Just pick this up this weekend and was under the impression that it was a Harkins modified Protech due
to the signature on the blade spine, is this true? Cant seem to find an info to prove or disprove this.
I have attahced some pictures. The knife is incredible, but just want to make sure what I have exactly.

Does it open manual and also automatic via a hidden button on the left side? Go to youtube and type in Protech Harkins. There is a good video of one from nymk's.
It looks like one. I just got my first Pro-Tech and bought another the next day- a Brend 2 and a Brend 3. They are excellent quality.
