Protech Rockeye Fixed

Hey guys I was looking at the Protech Rockeye fixed the other day and couldn't find any reviews/ info on it. The steel is 52100, which I have never heard of and cant really find info on.
Anyways, does anybody have any info on this knife? I was looking at getting one but don't want to go in blind.
