KnifeWorks has most of them except for the most desired stonewashed plain edge.

You can often find them in stonewashed/part serrated and black/plain, but finding stonewashed/plain is a little difficult (and IMO the best configuration). You sometimes see some of the LE SHOT Show models pop up, and still are only around $300 new, which isnt bad for a knife of its quality and the extensive texturing and anodizing they did to the ti handle.

You probably know this already but the first runs were made in 154CM and later runs in S35VN (I think the S35VN makes a big improvement on their already good 154CM).

Yeah I'm hunting that stonewashed plain edge, been on the look out for it for months and I haven't seen it pop up anywhere :/

Model 7701 in S35-VN. Check out local stores and be prepared to go as high as MSRP of $370!

Are some dealers selling it for that much?!?! My standard TR-3-I was about $200 shipped NIB...

My 7725 anodized models like the one below were around $285 and you can sometimes find the damascus ones for $500.:confused::confused:

The 7701 and 7725 cannot be found, I have both and paid more than you but nowhere near MSRP. Supplies online for those two are dry now. I got mine about a year ago. The one I use is the 7702 with partial serrations. Super smooth and sharp. All mine are S35-VN.

Man I'm glad I bought one on a whim a while ago! I got a stonewash plain edge model in S35VN and paid around $300 for it in Argentina (so that includes a 50% import tax and other charges).

Have you tried the big auction site that begins with an "e"? A mate of mine scored one for $250 there a few weeks ago. There's a plain edge one for sale there right now (black blade).

Here's mine:

Yeah not even that auction site has any, I think they might have had like one combo edge for almost $300 but I'm not looking for that one.

I have to agree that their not easy to find, i managed to get this one on the secondary market and it's a fantastic knife.
This one is a JD forums exclusive with anoed clip and frame edges and polished satin flats on the blade and frame, #82 out of 100.

You might want to give Pro-Tech a call or an email. Their CS is excellent and they can probably help you source one, or at least get an idea when they will ship.
