I once found a product years ago called TC-11 they had free samples at my local hardware store, so I decided hey lets try some out, it's a rust preventative coating which is also a lubricant, it's supposed to be a penetrating lubricant that coats steel and is completely safe on plastic and rubbers, it actually seems to protect them.

I found the old bottle with some juice still left so I put some on my 710 and wiped it off right away, now I realize it's supposed to sit awhile, oops. I remember that it kept my Razor bearings rust free for over a year after I would ride it IN a well chlorinated public pool, eventually it rusted because I never re coated the bearings, but until then it ran great.

So anyone else used this stuff? I plan on buying some if they still sell it at my hardware store.

The link of course.

I bought a bottle and it took of the little rust spots my 710 had after whipping off the spray. This stuff is great.
