I did not like the way this one looked with OD micarta handles, so I put on some black G10, and stainless pins. Much better:D Forged from Aldo's 1084, 5" blade, about 9.75" overall.

This is the original prototype, I have made a bigger version with a much nicer handle style, but that won't be finished for a little bit, until I wrap up a couple other things. (plus the fact that I am an idiot and sliced open my index finger in a totally non knife related incident)

So hope to post the better version soon, but this will have to do until then.

Tom,
Your utility fixed blades are superb. When you gonna show off the stag handled one here on blade forums. Your P-fighter is still the big boy in my user knife section. Look forward to your new proto-type utility fixed blades on your "on the bench" section on your web site. Sgt P.

Sgt P, I already posted the stag handled utility here. I am glad you really like your knife. I love to hear when people actually use their blades!

Here are a few pics of the same style knife , just a little bigger and with a different handle shape.

forged from 1084, differentially heat treated. 1/4" thick 6" blade, 11"oal, parkerized, distal tapered front and rear, stainless bolts, 3/16" coyote brown G10,

This baby chops and slices pretty well and is nice and slim despite the bigger profile. I like it!

Usually I only park full hardened blades but this one I decided to park even though it had a nice temper line. The line is still pretty visible, since the park is slightly lighter on the harder portion of the blade.
