i'm happy to say that i am the proud new owner of this bullwhip skinner!! i purchased it off a member here. everything about the blade, the wood, and the sheath are beautiful!! the only downside is that the blade is so sharp its cutting the inside of the sheath :(. but no worries i will address that in the near future. this is my first custom blade and you now have a customer for life. you'll be hearing from me soon :D

Same with mine when I got it. Its a great user though and very very well made!!!!

I have been ogling Bill's knives for a while now, but still do not own one. :( One day hopefully soon.

I am awaiting to receive my first KFU knife though. very excited about that.
 
Mr. S, pretty sweet buy for your first . . . . and a bet of dollars to doughnuts this won't be your last, you can trust all of us on that. . . . :D
Start saving your quarters and dimes, because pennies won't be accumulated fast enough to keep up with the production of these two great knife makers when they get to rolling them out . .

Is it bad that I'm already thinking about getting another one? Something about those sweeping beauties....hmmm.....

Same here, I discovered Bill's work last week, got a knife from a member 2 days later (the knife in my signature) and now have 2 ongoing projects with him!
 
Quick seperate question. I see many Gold Members in this thread. I got a 1 year gold membership but it still says "Registered User" and not "Gold Member" under my name.
Where do you change or customize that?
 
Click on "Settings" in the upper right

Then click on "Permission Groups" under the My Account heading

Check the dot by your gold membership to display it.
