What a great bunch of athletes we have representing the USA!
18 medals so far!

Go USA!

+1

Some awesome performances so far. Shuan White's triple-tomato-thingamabob on the half pipe left me dazed and confused. Lindsey hooking a pole after gutting out the shin injury for gold was a heartbreaker. And Shai Davis edging Tae-bum Mo in the 1000m with Chad Hedrick only .38 seconds back was tight! Men's hockey team is looking solid there's still much skiing, skating, and sledding to come.

But EVERYONE is kicking our collective culos in curling, dammit!!!!

Need a good draw to the button to take the hammer against France today and then nail them with a couple of eight enders. Stay on broom and peel them Parisian pancakes!!! USA! USA! USA!

How's the coverage for you guys States-side? A couple of our networks joined forces to provide a huge amount of coverage. If there's something you want to watch, there's a really good chance you can catch it on one of the channels.

Well, for us non cable TV owners, it's pretty crappy.. We get about 3.5 hours of primetime on one channel (NBC) and we are at the mercy of whatever the network decides to air.. I haven't seen a single shred of hockey, because they seem to air a ton of skiing and skating events. I was hoping to catch the USA/Canada game.. Oh well. The website has decent coverage for those in my situation.

Also interesting to point out that most of our medals have been won by participants from just 3, Northeast states (VT, NH, and ME). If we three were our own country, we'd be ahead of most other countries.:p:p

GO NEW ENGLAND/USA, GO NEW ENGLAND/USA!:D
