Today I saw an aerial photo of my home & my neighbors. I was amazed at the appreciation in 14 months. In my area of Florida we have had a 2 percent per MONTH increase for over 2 years.

WARNING !
I felt like I'd been reading my neighbors mail after viewing this site.

Typed in my address, It showed my neighbor on the corner's POS house for 1.05mil which is closer to what my house is worth, but my house wasn't on their map.

Then I looked up the house I moved from 5 years ago. That was valued at 2k, guess they haven't gotten to that area yet.

Especially since Raton means "rat" en espanol. :D

My area is way out of date, there are raised ranches on my block that could easily be worth $250K but they're showing up at around $112K.

Funny stuff. A realty agent on the pipe I suspect. Shows my house I have had for a year and the one I sold up about 100%...B.S. My dwelling has apparently lost 2 upper floors and someone has stolen half a bath from me. Guess I better check the roof next time i go outside.

That's my house, alright, but the picture is at least a year old since it doesn't have my new deck and still has the tree I had taken out. But, the prices are right for other houses that have sold in the neighborhood recently.

It's hard to belive what prices have done in the last couple of years.

Oh, don't. Real estate sale prices are public records. You can go down to the county recorder's office and look up any you want to. These people have just put it online to make it easier (and they're not the only ones who do this, though they seem to have a very nice user interface).

Hey ma, I can see my house from here! Pretty cool. Of course the grass looks greener in the picture than it ever does in real life (what kind of idiot tries to grow a lawn in Tucson anyway?).
