Pruning question

If a date-based pruning takes place, It appears that stickied threads are spared regardless of date.

If, in order to reduce the number of stickies, would threads unstickied but referred to in a single stickie be lost to the pruning routine?

Could mods be enabled to "exempt" maybe a limited number (5 ?) of non-stickied threads so as to reduce stickied threads in a forum yet retain the relative information??

No, just wondering for goin forward.

I want to unstick then link to a half dozen current stickie threads, and don't want to have the original threads lost should a pruning occur.
