Hey all

I'm looking for a small pry tool that has a pocket clip on it under 30 bucks I canincreasemy budget if I have to but trying to find a cheap pry tool

It doesn't have a clip, but I'd recomend the CountyComm widget bar. They come in Ti or steel, and can go right on your key chain:thumbup:

Don't spend more on a pry tool than you spend on a knife.

:D

Gerber Shard? It's cheap and functional. [edit: No clip on that one, but you can use a lanyard if you want, or put it on your keys]

Gerber shard is pretty good pry tool.
I have a Boker Toucan which has a small cutting edge as well. Might be worth a look.

I havent used the countycomm widgy bar but with that budget you might as well buy that in the titanium, because titanium is awesome and drill and tap some holes or use the single hole to bolt on an old knife pocket clip, if you use the existing hole I would just add a small bolt with a rubber washer to keep it from moving from side to side

Pocket wrench II. No clip, but a great, practical pry tool, graduated wrench and measure. Security check friendly. Inexpensive.

I like the Schrade pry tool, no clip but I use it with a tec accessories p7.
You dont get as much leverage as a longer pry tool but it has other features that come in handy.

What a about a countycomn widgy bar attached to a suspension clip / dangler.
I think that having a clip bolted to it would probably affect it's ability to slip between things or lay flat. You could also get the micro widgy bar ( or is it the Pico widget bar ) and attach it to your knifes lanyard.

Ive removed as many pocket clips from my tools and flashlights as possible and replaced them with suspension clips.

They wear far better and hold the tool, knife, pry bar or flashlight far more comfortable in the pocket.

Further more all one needs are the suspension clip and a split - both are dirt cheap.

I have the ti County Comm and the Shard - both work fine.

I really like the Nite Ize doohickey.

Believe it was between $6 and $8 smackaroos
