So what's the deal with the pork shank? Looks like a mini satin jack. any reviews out there? in hand pics? when & where were they released?

The PS is a really nice blade, great in hand, fast, light, thin. I had a DC/black micarta model from the Ganzaa, sold it, too close to other blade that I own, I am trying to keep my collection under control. If I did not have a very similar blade I would have kept it, it is that nice. Here are some pics for you.

I scored mine from BladeShowGanzaaaa 2012
They were selling at Blade also I'm pretty sure.
I have not had a chace to use it yet or make it a sheath. It's a great size blade, reminds me of a small DSF.

The Pork Shank is one of Jerry's best, and very practical, knife designs.

They are very lightweight too, a G10 pair only weighs 14.00 oz which makes a very nice 7 oz blade for an edc.

Perfect size for most cutting tasks.

You will love the Pork Shank!

I've never had one but it should be very sharp when you get it...;):D

I think this will be more to you're liking than a War Dog, even with the edge thinned out.

The PS is a cool little knife, I would like to see a choiless version.

Ganzaa score!

It's a great size and, as stated, very light. And not as scary for EDC as a TGLB!

Yep...I have one from the last Ganza.... have not yet had a chance to point the camera at it... but maybe later today.... :)

No "in hand pics..." interesting.

i think we are just all afraid to touch it, it's so sharp.
