Well I was going to order a green PSARK come Monday, but now after breaking the point on my CQC-7 I've got to wondering how strong the point on a PSARK really is??

Is the PSARK's tip strong enough to take some abuse/misuse as a rescue/police knife, or wll the tip snap just as easy as the CQC-7's did???

My other choice as a rescue/police knife is a Buck Strider folding knife.

The tip of any knife will break if you use it as a pry bar. That's not thier intended purpose.

I have used a SARK to pry a house window open one time and all I did was discolor the Black-T. I'd have been better served reaching back and using the Leatherman I had on my belt or going to the car and getting the crowbar from the trunk. Live and learn.

I'm not planning on prying with the PSARK, but then again when you need a tool right now and nothing is avaible except a knife you know what we all do:D

I'm just wanting to get the best "jack of all trades" knife that will not fail in a emergency situation. That's why I've switched my fixed knives over to Strider as those sharpened crowbars aint going to break when the chips are down.
