PSK -vs- Deer

I set a goal at the beginning of the season to use my Gossman PSK to field dress, skin and quarter a deer, after hearing about another person using his on a black bear.

Well I finally got lucky and shot a spike horn. The PSK did the trick! I even split the brisket and popped the hip joints with it. The PSK came through with out a hitch.

Sorry no pics I didn't have my camera with me.

Great to hear Jerry. I've come to the conclusion after using my PSK knife on my buddys deer last month, they make great deer hunting blades.

Nice one hayseed. Owning one of Scott's PSK's, I kinda knew who won the fight after reading your subject line:D
 
I have never shot a deer (dangit) but I believe Scott's knives are up for anything you throw at them.
