PST vs PST II for belt carry?

Wondering which is better belt carry? Would the PST II scissors make that big of advantage carry on same tool vs not having them on PST?

my most used tool/blade on a SAK is the scissors.
my most used LM tool is the pliers

What tool (if any) on the PST was deleted for the scissors on the PST ||?
Which do you need/use more? The scissors or the tool the scissors replaced?

I have the ll find the scissors handy. The ll is a handy all-rounder. I also like the serrated blade. I find I use them more than the straight edge on a multi tool, as I normally have a single blade traditional.
The most important question is.
What fits your needs and what you would use most?
