Psyched about the HOGFSH

Scored a double cut in the Extravaganzaaaa. Have been wanting one of these big 'uns for some time. Just never got the gumption to shell out secondary market money. Then along comes the Easter bunny (Amy-O) and tells me that I have one coming. It'll be my first Busse without coating, so I'm psyched about that too.

Seems like a fantastic chopper, what with the heft and length of blade. Who can chime in on this count? Anybody use their HOGFSH for woodcraft or chores?
 
A couple weeks back, I had the privilage to use Dunners HOGFSH for a tad bit o' choppin. Chops like a dream!!

His is double cut with black standard slabs. :cool:

You will love it. I brought mine out this past weekend and did some chopping with the HOFSH and the SHE. Although the SHE did great, the HOFSH was an absolute beast! it seemed that it took 2-3 chops for the SHE to do what the big boy did in one! I've even got it to the point the Jungle camo finish is starting to wear and expose the tan undercoating.

Guess if I keep this up then I will have to strip the finish completely and go naked :thumbup:

Just got off the phone with Amy-O; I lucked out and also got a HOGFSH variant. The until it arrives, the next several weeks are going to draaaaag byyyyy.
