This is a small necker by the Belgian knifemaker and buddy of mine Oufti.
I really like his designs, they are out of the box yet very practical.
It is a small knife, 2 1/2" blade for about 5" OAL. The lanyard makes out for the short handle.
The scales are Aloha wood, which is IMO one of the best looking woods.
