I want to say up front that I did not intend to start a flame war in Erics thread. I do not try to make a habit of letting my mouth override my brain, but that looks like what happened here.
Eric, I am sorry for saying things on your thread that made it veer of on the course it seems to be taking. I didn't mean to man, I know there are times when folks disagree, but butting into your thread and commenting on anothers comments, instead of expressing my views on the knife, was in poor taste.
Mr. Bram, I knew you were the designer of the Gunting, I wasn't trying to disrespect that, I just read some things in your post wrong. I can see now that you were not as bitter as I thought.
I meant no disrespect, towards you or your design. You more than anyone know the function of the Gunting. I am sorry.
Sal, I do not ordinarily come into someones house and s#it on the floor. You have a great forum, and I am sorry to have played a major role in causing the bickering that is there. I apologize for my inconsideration.
This apology also extends to all those who read this forum.
