Public Defender in the House!! Finally

I Finally got my hands on a Public Defender.
I’ve been wanting one for ages. I think I paid too much but it was worth it.
The Nylon sheath that came with it was not working at all, but I found a couple bench made leather sheaths at a yard sale for 5 bucks. I put a Dangler on it and Fashioned a ceramic rod for it. The sheath fits perfectly.

Please post any info or pictures of your Public Defenders .

Congrats!
I passed on the PD when they were offered; but started to like it a couple years later. I ended up posting a WTB at some point...and eventually changed my mind (sour grapes?)

"Too much" is a relative term - if it was worth it to you, and you are happy with your decision, you didn't pay too much
Enjoy it - whether you choose to look at it, fondle it, or beat it like a redheaded stepchild (I considered going with rented mule; but I can't abide cruelty to animals)

That's not true - I look often, as do quite a few others. I've sold quite a few knives there...I actually prefer that over posting For Sale ads (though I wish registered members would remember to include contact info)

Very nice. I came along after the rope cut goodies. I think I like them all. So far all I’ve been able to snag is an unused Paul’s Hatchet.
