Were any of these made by early manufacturers?

...and it seems maybe not. I've seen "modern" Norlunds and have Council's version (love it), but I've just had my first success customizing a handle after making firewood out of close to 15 very sad sacrifices to my education. (they defy the burn pile to stare at me and remind me what I've done)
It is a 15" Whiskey River that now blends to an octagon grip. It is begging for a 2lb pulaski from Sager/Collins/Kelly etc. I'd take a DB if I found it...but man, an old Pulaski would be cool.
Is there such a thing?
