pulled the trigger bought a house

hey guys

well we had enough of the bullshit from our landlord so my wife and i went out for the last 2weeks house hunting and we found a house that we wanted and bought it on thursday . Wow do we feel good to know we can call a home ours and not have to put up with games from landlords anymore. Its a 1085sqf 4bed plus den with a finnised basment an a 1car attached garage with a 12by12shop off the back . With a 52by150yard in back so the kids have room to play and keep out of our hair so we have some time to ourselves . **** talk about a life change The place we live in now has no room to swing the cat lol we will be moving to our new home august 22 and i should be up and running a week or two after that wise us luck.

thankyou sir for the congrats it is a little scary to know that im going to be in debt for the next 20-25years but i think it will be worth it in the long run
