paid 63 bucks for a heavy duty kukri, 10 inch, 1075 high carbon steel. 8mm full tang design. convex grind.

not sure what to make of it, kinda wish it had micarta handles instead of wood.

Condor is a excellent brand for the price. Pretty sure everyone on this site owns their Golok

not to take away from the op on his thread,i have heard a few dislikes and likes on the warlock, seen a youtube video and it looked pretty tough.i got a good deal on a used stripped ,sharpened and blued one off the forums here.i think a condor kukri will likely find its way here too..looks like it would be a good chopper.

I got one when they were first released , about a year or so ago. My first and only Kukri style knife so I don't have anything to compare with, but its quite the chopper !
The handle slabs on the one in the pic look uneven as all hell, but that could just be the angle or the lighting..
I left mine on and end table for months and everyone that ever handled it had a comment, usually a variation of , " Holy ----- !!!!"
No problems with rust or corrosion with outdoor use , and I live in coastal Florida, but then again I also take care of my stuff.

Also wondering what was in the other box ...?

The pictures are my own, hence my comment earlier in the thread. I snapped them back when the model was first released and I got my first shipment in. I think the other two boxes were a Kephart and a Woodlaw. :)

The scales were even on it. Just the lighting/angle/whatever. ;)

Looks solid. 1075 especially Condor's, is really good stuff, for chopping, and harder use. Get out and use it, and let us know how it performs, it looks like a workhorse.
