finally got to get out in the woods with the Junglas. man, this thing does everything it's supposed to and then some. my last camping trip, i "one knifed it" and only took the 5. this go round, i had the 5 for smaller detailed chores (i don't find it too fat at all), a Trench hawk, and the Junglas. both the TH and the Junglas performed great. i kept leaving the hawk, at the site, then finding myself needin an axe and only having the Junglas. it didn't matter. i mean, sure, the hawk definately chops better, but the Junglas never missed a beat. it's definately worth carrying along, did it's job well.

i must've cut myself on something (not the knife, draggin wood probably) because the Junglas has a blood stain on the handle now. kind of gives it some character. i'm really impressed with it (and the Trenchy too). they'll both be carried out A LOT more
