This is one of the dozens of email we get each week. This one is from a federal Law Enforcement agent in Florida. Of course, I'm not putting the name or agency here but RAT Cutlery and Rowen Manufacturing are proud of this type feedback and wanted to share some if it with you.

This is my response to the agent:

I have copied Shon Rowen of Rowen Manufacturing and my partner Mike Perrin on this email. Shon actually builds the knives and he takes a lot of pride in his workmanship. That's the reason we chose Rowen to do our manufacturing. We truly appreciate the email. Many times good work does not get noticed and it really is nice to receive such comments. So, thank you.

Also remember that our knives have a no questions asked lifetime warranty....and it's transferable. No sales receipt needed. if you ever screw one up just let us know and it will be replaced.

Let me also take the time to thank you guys for what you do. We appreciate you and realize the sometimes difficult job and circumstances you guys have to work under.

Thanks for the kind words. However, I can't personally take all of the credit. We have a fine group of employees here at Rowen Mfg., they are true craftsmen. They take a lot of pride in the knives we build. Knives are more than just a product for us, they are our passion. It gives us allot of satisfaction knowing the blades we produce serve you all well. Also, it can't be forgotten, our blades would be just sheets of steel without the artists that give us such great designs to build.

Fantastic product gentlemen. My RC-4 is one hell of a blade. I'll definitely be buying more authentic RAT Cutlery products.
