Pulsar watches?

I've been wearing Timex digital watches for a few years now, but I'm getting tired of them breaking and having to replace them. Does anyone know any higher quality watch brands that make digital watches. I found a few analog/digital watches from Pulsar, and was wondering how the quality was. I'm not crazy about the analog/digital combo, but its better than nothing. Thanks.

My experience is that Pulsar is just as good as Seiko (their big brother). If you keep your eyes open though, you can find a very nice Seiko auto for less than 300 bucks. You can also find other brands of autos (Poljot, Vostok) for far less.

Casio G-Shocks can take more abuse than anything, but even non-G-Shock Casios hold up much better than Timex in my experience.

I would say a Casio G-shock. I've yet to even hear of one breaking under stress (apart from a guy who threw a brick down on his), and they're backed by Casio's warranty.

I've wore a pulsar solar titanium(4 dial)for the last six years and have been pleased with it. no problems of any kind and has held up well. Keeps pretty good time too.

I agree with "Cougar" and "pyramid" 100%...Get yourself a Casio G-Shock. I've been wearing G-Shocks for MANY years now, and have NEVER been let-down by one of them....They are the most accurate and most durable watches that I've seen! (The "Tough Solar" G-Shock watches are AWESOME...I wear a GW300A-1V, and it has become my all-time favorite!).

I have owned a Pulsar for a few years now, no problems. The guy at the jewelry store told me they were the same as a Seiko, just doesn't have the Seiko name on the watch.
