Puma Knife Repair Question

Hi, Not sure if this is the best place to post this question but hear goes. I have a PUMA pocket folder that needs a new blade if its possible to get it repaced ? I purchased the knife in Germany about 1972 at a Rod and Gun Club when I was in the Army. I took really good care of it but about 20 years later I melted the blade trying to work on a 220v. line like a fool. It was an emergency and that was all I had on me was the Puma. I figured I could send it back and maybe the company could replace the blade but I dont know any contact info.

Can it be replaced ??????
